Lasagna noodles
Ingredients
400 grams wheat flour ‘00’ (14 ounce) all purpose can be used too
4 eggs large
1 pinch salt
2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions
Put flour and salt in KitchenAid with the Flat Beater. Mix on speed 2.
Add the eggs, mix until dough come together into a ball.
Replace the Flat Beater with the Dough Hook. Knead on speed 2 for 4 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 min.
Flour the dough again and knead by hand for 1 minute.
Set past roller to thickest, make the dough more pliable by rolling it several times. Flour the pasta so it doesn’t stick.
Roll several times on each thickness until number 4.
Don’t stack them together, they will get stuck.
