Lasagna noodles

Ingredients

  • 400 grams wheat flour ‘00’ (14 ounce) all purpose can be used too

  • 4 eggs large

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

  • Put flour and salt in KitchenAid with the Flat Beater. Mix on speed 2.

  • Add the eggs, mix until dough come together into a ball.

  • Replace the Flat Beater with the Dough Hook. Knead on speed 2 for 4 minutes.

  • Sprinkle with flour, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 min.

  • Flour the dough again and knead by hand for 1 minute.

  • Set past roller to thickest, make the dough more pliable by rolling it several times. Flour the pasta so it doesn’t stick.

  • Roll several times on each thickness until number 4.

  • Don’t stack them together, they will get stuck.
